Well I am a musician myself. But I wanted to buy a mic for my granddaughter thst was pretty easy to use.Well I looked at it when it came. Sadly needed charging. But I did that. I briefly looked at instructions. They do cover quite a bit.Ie. Bluetooth. How to connect to other audio items. So really it does do quite a bit.So of course. I just pushed the button turned it on . Adjusted the volume and lo and behold it worked all by itself. Speaker in it as well. I moved the other buttons . Ooh it has effects too.So just fir test I am giving it 100% for "easy to use".But it can be used in a much more complex way. I am very impressed to be truthfully.So impressed I bought another one fit my grandaughters friend. I tested that too. Exactly the sameThese ARE NOT pro mics 9f course.But they are excellent toys and would be good for your home karaoke ( unless your a pro )The price and value ??Excellent . I AM IMPRESSED. I will have 2 happy 8 year olds this Xmas 100%

Easy to use and good value

My 8yr old got this for her birthday and she loves it. Unfortunately the charging port was faulty so we couldn't charge the device. I contacted customer service as it was outside the return window. I have to say we received the best customer service I have had in a very long time. Quick response and they replaced it within 5 working days we had a new one on the doorstep. A happy daughter and a very grateful parent for your great service. Thank you!
