It's also beginner-friendly, so a great way to get your friends into the hobby.The only slight problem I've noticed is that the Rebels can feel a bit overpowered (I don't know if that's just me or an issue with the game). However, I have also played the Clone Wars version (with the red cover) and that one feels completely balanced to me. We switched sides to try playing from Rebel and Empire. It was very interesting. The Empire seems to have more ships that you can lay down in front of you, while the Rebels may have more powerful characters to collect. Trying different strategies is fun, and the shopping/deck building aspect is my wife's favorite. You have to use people and space craft to battle against each other.
