Is patch like the one in the picture a whole face ?

No, they arranged the patches to make a face.

Is the patch the whole face ?

no its a bunch of different patches.

What kinds of patches can you get individually?

You get all 30 patches and they were well made and a good size. I liked them much better than the other patches I ordered. The others were way too SMALL! I would re-order these patches again.
