This food mat is great! My cat tends to pick up the silicone ones and flip his food bowls over, so a hard food mat was a great decision. Prevents water from spilling on the floor. I just wish it came in a larger size so it would fit my cat’s automatic feeder.

Bought the pink one a while ago and just got the blue. I like these over the silicon ones because they don’t flip over.

I like this mat. I bought the small one to use under two water dishes for my cats that are messy drinkers. There is plenty of room for two 3 cup glass bowls with room to spare to catch the water. It is not ridgid so you can not pick it up with the bowls on it.

Love when a product is non toxic for my cats. They took right to it , not afraid of it. I put it on the floor and my Elvis gave it one sniff and walked on it right away. I put his food bowl on it and he stepped on it and ate. Highly recommend for cats! No chemical smell and easy to keep clean.

I bought this to go under my cats’ water fountain to protect my fake hardwood floors. Color is cute. I also like that the tray feels thick and sturdy and has a high lip around the perimeter to keep any any water that my cats drop into it in the tray since they like to paw at the water in the fountain and make a mess.I also previously bought a litter scooper holder from Cat Guru and that is also well made and durable.

If looking for a mat to out underneath your cat or dogs water bowl GET THIS and don’t get the thing flimsy rubber mats. They are so thing water goes right off of them AND when you lift it it goes all floppy spilling water. This is awesome item cuz it’s solid and an inch deep. No spills anymore. Yay

I love everything about this mat except for the shape. I wish it had straight edges (like a rectangle) so it would fit right up to the wall. It’s not a deal breaker since I’m using it for my cat. I probably wouldn’t get this one for my dog, I would be afraid food would get in between the mat and the wall all the time since my dog is a messier eater. Otherwise, I have no complaints. I use it for my cat’s food dishes. Easy to clean & it keeps everything contained. And I like the high edges. My cat used to push her bowls around and make a mess. This mat keeps it in place now. I would recommend to cat owners and dogs that don’t normally knock the food out of their bowls while eating.

The only thing I like about this mat is that it now is useful for hand washed dishes. It seemed alright when we first used it however our little dog didn’t particularly care for it and there were still spills outside the mat. That’s okay since I wipe her area every day anyway (don’t want mold to start growing on the underside ;-). The reason I purchased it was to help her food dishes to NOT slide all over the place. The reason her dishes are slippy in the first place, is because she has a short face and can’t manage very well with deep dishes. Then one day whilst cleaning the area before I fed her (like I do everyday), I noticed a purplish ring stain on the mat. I thought I could get it off somehow but even using my enzymatic cleaner and soaking it for awhile, it didn’t budge. The stain was deeply embedded! I had a grey, hard plastic automatic kibble feeder for snacking so figured that’s what caused it as it’s placed in the corner of the mat and doesn’t get moved much. That shouldn’t happen though! And I’m really annoyed! So it’s back to a nylon placemat with a tea towel underneath it...

This mat is great quality and does a descent job at helping our messy kitties from launching their hard food all over the floor. The colour we went with (teal) was quite accurate to the image posted here, if not slightly more pale (keep in mind, monitors are generally not properly colour-calibrated). I would have preferred to have one flat edge (long edge) so that we could avoid a gap with the mat next to a wall. Aside from this, the mats are easily washed and a bit floppy, but but that does not pose an issue at all. The quality is awesome, and we love the colour.

Just as pictured, good size, the ridge catches all the spilled water my cat likes to play with so its saving my wood floor from being destroyed. I would have preferred the gray to blend into the floor a little more but the price difference was quite a lot. The blue is nice, looks clean and fresh.

Use for a liner for feeding pet

I didn"t like this product as the sides are not high enough to hold spills and I found it not wide enough to leave any room on either side of my water dish.
