can anyone tell me why does the post in the middle of the weight stack keep coming out when lifting the weight and getting stuck on top of the stack

Ours comes out but doesn’t get stuck on the top, stays pretty central & just slips back in. Sounds like you need some adjustment. Is the whole bench sitting level?

How many boxes does this come in?

4 in total. One massive one, and three small ones with 5 weight plates in each.

What are its dimensions? One of the pictures says 165cm long but the measurements in the description says 130cm. Can anyone confirm which is correct?

I have measured from the tip of the rear feet to the hinge of the footplates and it is 165cm with the footplates folded up. With the footplates folded down it is 190cm The 130cm refers to the inside of the base frame at the centre between the front and rear bars

Can you add more plates?

I add more weight by lying neoprene dumbbells across the highest bar. Used dual 5kg weights.
