Great home gym, and good value compared to some of the others. Well made, sturdy and surprisingly compact. Takes quite a while putting it together - I did it over a couple of evenings. Provides a good range of exercises, although the exercise guide provided is pretty generic - but you can no doubt find a dent guide online. Definitely recommended.

Great piece of kit and looks good once built. Building however is quite complicated and took around 4 hours. When using it is good, but the middle weight holder doest clink a little on the weights coming back down and as the chest piece can rotate in and push up, it does sometimes try to do both at the same time which can get annoying.

Arrived within a few days delivered by a couple of helpful guys who put it where it needed to be, Be warned it is heavy. People have said it’s a tad difficult to put together but if you follow the instructions step by step carefully and read what it says then you should have no problems, just take your time. If you have space lay the pieces out after taking off the plastic wrappings so you can see what you got. The items are very well packed and you will see that you have a huge amount of packaging to dispose of. Once assembled the DKN7400 is a very solid, well built, well thought out Multi Gym. The quality far exceeds many of the more expensive Multi Gyms on the market. One of the main features is its compactness it fits into a garage gym very well with only a small foot print. It’s a pleasure to use, quiet, and assuring, no wobbles or creaks, over all an excellent Multi Gym that’s worth every penny.

This is a quality home gym. Well worth spending the extra on for the study build and excellent range of exercises (exercises can be further supplemented by accessories.) The instructions were good but there is also a video on YouTube to help put it together (I don't know if able to put link here but just search Studio 7400.) Weight stack is quiet in operation for anyone worried about noise and the pulley system for the weights is smooth in action. Adjustment of the weight amount is easy. The exercise chart is useful. All round positive! In addition communication & customer service from Sweatband was fantastic from beginning to end (seperate review about this submitted & I would recommend them as a highly reliable vendor from which to buy a big purchase like this.)

Great multigym, really impressive build quality, especially for the price. The only complaint is in the clarity of the instruction manual, which is very difficult to follow. Fortunately, if you google "DKN 7400 Studio Assembly", you'll find a very helpful video which a couple of guys put together to show building one of these from the ground up. This isn't needed for the first few assembly steps but becomes an absolute lifesaver when things start getting complicated and you have to begin putting the rollers on. And something that cost me a lot of time which I'll share here to spare you the pain ... when adding the rollers there are two different types, one of which has a slightly wider collar than the other. The ones with the narrower collar are intended to be placed inside the metal frames which have dedicated cutouts for them. The wider ones won't fit. Don't mix them up! (The difference isn't easy to spot once it's assembled and you'll find yourself taking old rollers off and checking them visually, as I did).

This is a good solid gym with 80kgs of weights and a good variety of exercises. All in all after a very long build process and some poor instructions I would still recommend it as you only have to go through it once. The star was lost because the instructions were unclear in some areas and missing a step where additional pulley wheels magically appeared on the next page with no instruction on which type to use and when to add them. Also the exercise chart included is not for this gym so you can stand facing backwards and push for as long as you like but this model doesn't move that way. There is a fair amount of guess work and retracing of steps but my son and I built it over two afternoons without too many crossed words. A decent size socket set and set of spanners is a must as the included tools are not going to be any fun. Hopefully now it is built we will have years of faithful service.

After a lot of research I bought this piece of equipment because it had good reviews and offered the best kg/£. Assembly was quite straight forward and easy enough for one person if you take your time and follow the instructions exactly. Build quality and overall finish are very good, components are very good quality and the working action is nice and smooth. Only drawback is the leg curling station is a bit short if you happen to be long in the leg, We have had it for nearly a year and after a lot of use it still looks brand new. All in all very happy with my purchase.

Had this for 2 months now, still unassembled and unable to complete assembly. Instructions are not good, and even the online video for assembly is not good. If anyone would like to buy a part assembled gym from me, then please reply to this message. Otherwise I’m going to weigh it in for scrap value.
