It took a couple tries to figure out I needed to take the black ring out of my button maker. The black ring is used for regular buttons with the pin. If I had watched the video first I would have figured it out sooner. Cute for family and friends. Edit: I have ordered the bottle opener magnets several times 6 out of the second Bach did not seal properly. Also magnets were not as strong. But overall still a decent product.

Work great. We have a larger button makers, but I wanted this one inch to make refrigerator/locker magnets. It works perfectly with the button maker.

Extremely Disappointed – Stopped Working After Only 4 Magnets
I was really excited to use this set, but after making only 4 magnets, the rest of the pieces stopped working properly and became completely unusable. I followed instructions and used the same machine and process, but the parts just did not function the way they should have after those first few.This honestly feels like a waste of money. I’m very disappointed in the quality, and what makes it even more frustrating is that since some of the pieces are now used and others ended up in the trash after failed attempts, I don’t even feel like I have the option to return it. I bought this expecting consistency and reliability, and it definitely did not deliver. I would not recommend this product.

Okay for what I needed
Several of the plastic overlays are too small and require very precise positioning in order to actually crimp as they should. Magnets themselves are not strong but do hold to metal. Not convinced they will hold anything up.

Cute and they work, unlike some others
I am glad I found these for my 32mm button maker. The magnets are very small and they are only held on by a sticker so I worry how well these will last. They turn out cute though. I was surprised to find they do hold up a piece of paper even though they don't look strong enough. I ordered another brand with larger black self adhesive magnets thinking they would be better, but those don't work at all in my button maker so they are totally useless. Looks like I will be ordering more of these after all!

The magnet is taped to the back, not in the metal. Be careful having them around kids.
