I've been using cervical support pillows for years now due to my neck and spine issues but the limitation i felt with them was the neck is stuck in a certain position. I decided to try this frido pillow and it's Amazing. The quality of the foam can be felt when you rest your head on it and it literally adjusts and shapes as per your movement while sleeping without any discomfort. It's totally worth buying.
