I actually use these for wide-brimmed sun hats and stuff like that, I space them apart and they hold okay.

INTRO:This is a wraparound hanger-bar organizer that features 10 hanging clips for holding articles of clothing, such as baseball caps. I ordered a 2-pack of these organizers, so occasionally I refer to them in the plural form.PROS:The design of these organizers makes them super easy to open up and wrap around almost any hanger or thin sturdy horizontal bar. The wrap is held together with a strip of Velcro that runs the full length of the organizer.The 10 metal clips have good spring tension in them for a tight grip on whatever you clip them to. They pinch tight enough to hold onto even the thinnest objects (I tested them with paper).This product is marketed as being an organizer for baseball caps, but it also worked wonders for my collection of knit winter caps. It’s a versatile organizer that can also be used for holding gloves, scarves, or just about anything else you can think of.CONS:The craftsmanship of the stitching and construction that keeps this organizer together isn't high quality, but I expect it to hold up. I would rate it a 2 out of 3 (1 being bad quality, 3 being highest quality).I would rate the quality of ALL materials to be a 2 out of 3 (using the same scale as above). I wish the hook-and-loop Velcro was stronger, but I also expect it to hold up because it doesn’t experience a lot of wear-and-tear usage. The metal clips are durable but may potentially lose some spring tension over time with frequent use.REVIEW SUMMARY:These organizers are fantastic and you’ll be amazed at how nicely they quickly and easily organize a collection of hats and/or small articles of clothing. You get two organizers with this and each one holds ten hats. Note though that you need to provide your own hanger for each and have enough room in your closet to store them. Each organizer is a piece of fabric that velcros together over the bottom part of the hanger. The hats are then attached to clips which hang down. The clips seem sturdy enough that the hats won’t slip out or drop. My only complaint is that the length of the organizer could be a little longer which would allow for moire spacing between the hats.

Product works great but there are a few issues. If you can’t fill all the spaces with hats then it will be off balanced and look messy and removing a hat can be tricky as well because when taking one off it can knock others off. It works for what its intended for and is a good space saver but if you have the room this is not the best way to store hats.

This is a great way to organize baseball caps. We seem to have an ever growing number of them. It is easy to hang them on any hanger and easy to flip through them to choose the right one for the day. I was thinking of bringing one on my upcoming cruise to hang swimsuits and towels, but the clips are a little bit flimsy for that, but hold the hats just fine.
