My dog is completely deaf and isn’t usually too fond of toys. None have excited him enough to actually tire him out or make him happy unless it’s a bone or otherwise edible. This ball was totally different, though! The lights along with its self-rolling activity excited him, engaged him mentally and physically, and even caused him to tire out and take a nap. I’ve already purchased a second one! I will say though: my dog is a huge dogo argentino and he chewed up the first one in a month and also he learned how to open them pretty quickly. Otherwise, great toy, especially for deaf or vision impaired dogs!

I charged it for hours and it did not work. Waste of time and money.

My dog loves his ball he will play with that thing tell the battery dies and then beg for me to recharge it. It does have a mind of its own and every once in a while the lights go off to get the dogs attention which is a nice feature or glitch. Either way it's awesomeVery durable entertaining and I get more time to do other stuff.

All of these balls will get jammed. You can drop them from shoulder height and that sometimes will loosen tha ball, but there are only so manual times you can do that before it breaks. Also, the plastic is too soft and will start to flake off and also jams the ball closed.The only ball that doesn’t do the above is the weasel ball. That ball always unscrews and is a harder plastic that doesn’t chip away. The downside is that isn’t quite as stimulating as this ball. If someone could make a hybrid of the two, you would have a dream dog toy.

My little cockapoo puppy loves this toy but it only lasted 5 months because she killed it by catching it and laying on top it until it suffocated 😩 the motor just couldn’t handle this fierce animal. I will definitely think of getting another because it keeps her busy but can really only be used on carpet.
