Poor Quality Product and Damage Caused by Faulty Item
This seller should be banned. I bought a 2500-watt item expecting it to handle a 1200-watt iron, as per the product description. However, within just 10 seconds of use, this faulty product not only damaged my iron but also caused a power outage. Given the poor quality of their products, I am also demanding a refund for the damaged iron from the seller.

Step down converter .. do not use continously.
Product works but it should not to be used continously as this heats up the converter and melts plastic parts .. continously using this product can be hazardous. 1 more point .. whenever buying a step down converter ..choose a higher voltage converter as compared to the appliance you are using ..e.g appliance having a rating of 50 watt .. try to buy transformer having atleast 150 watt output .. it will be benificial for long duration usage. Mine was just heated and ended up melting the transformer after using it more than 2 hours. Sadly it can no longer be used now.

Products from Canada were spoilt
I wish to give 0 rating for this product, Milk warmer and Air Fryer were spoilt using this convertor. Although it says works good with few other appliances. Those two products watts were within the recommended rage, but the surge happened the moment I plugged and switched on. So I would not recommend this product for these two appliances for anyone who is planning to use this. I suppose, generator convertor would work great for these type of products I believe.
