Q: How long does it take to charge the device with a usb mobile phone charger?

Initially it took me about 6 hours to fully charge the unit. However it arrived with 70% power.

Q: Will this start my toyota aygo if the battery is flat and is the cable long enough for me to use it while sitting in the car for starting purpose.

My kit is used to start a 2 litre diesel engine so I don’t think it would have an issue starting your car.. however the cable from kit to car is very small. You would need someone to help you.

You get a charging cable in the little pocket next to the battery. Mine was in a plastic resealable bag. You plug the cable into a suitable plug. I have usb sockets in my wall. You could use a iPhone type plug

This jump starter easily turned over the engine of my 1.6L Ford Focus so I should imagine it will start a smaller engine car.
