Sword is impressive but
Sword is impressive but it is only 35 hrc. I wish this was said in the description. I want to use it to chop stuff too so idk if this is a good fit for my needs. Over all build is very nice like my ronin katana. There is a little wobble in the sheath but to be expected in any sub 300$ I think. For a wall decoration & to have it looks amazing and feels great. Very sharp & impressed overall. I just wish the hrc was 45-60’s so I could chop things with it. Now this would probably hold up to light things like plastic bottles or cardboard but from my readings it might not be best for mat cutting. I may keep it though because of the price point and the quality build. I can also draw it from my back like a ninja & I like that too. The certificate was also impressive to see from the manufacturer! I didn’t clean it yet so it’s still dirty from oil.
