Prompt delivery, items clearly labelled to make assembly easier. Catio looks great, it’s sturdy, has plenty of room for our 2 cats to enjoy fresh air and sunshine in a safe environment….they really seem to like it.

Construction was very, very poor, and the paintwork had been missed in many places with large gaps in the joints.

This looks great and does the job, not so sure it’s value for money as its rather flimsy but once secured to the floor it seems okay, took a good couple of hours to put together with two people, every piece was lettered and all complete in two packages that arrived together and earlier than expected, it’s made of soft wood so not to strong,I have 3 cats and it’s just about big enough for the job, 6 foot long by 6 foot tall by 3 foot wide.

The media could not be loaded. Brillant outdoor cat house it was very easily built , first class quick delivery, spacious and strong...Highly recommend this product . Keeps the furbabies nice and safely locked away when in the garden enjoying fresh air and sunshine..

The catio arrived quicker than expected. In 2 large packages over two days. I panicked at first that I didn’t have the whole kit but communication was good from the seller on this and package 2 arrived the next day.The design of the catio is good - the size fits our garden perfectly and our 1 cat is really enjoying it getting out in the fresh air with different heights to sit at and room to chase a ball.The parts are well labled, instructions pretty good and with a good drill and clamps you can assemble this mostly on your own. However it took me around 4 hours not 60mins as stated on instructions. if anyone is assembling this in 60mins I’d be really surprised.The down sides are that it is very flimsy - putting the roof on and screwing to the ground does help but I felt it an absolute necessity to buy metal fixing brackets and l shaped brackets to reinforce the whole thing. I wouldn’t let my cat jump on the shelves with out doing this. However having compared pricing of other catio companies this is a cheap cage so you get what you pay for and with a little extra money spent and effort put in you will have a sturdy product.The second thing I’ve done is coated it in weatherproof varnish. The paint finish again wasn’t great and I could see it getting sun damaged over the two weeks we’ve had it so looking ahead to winter I’ve decided varnish is a must. Alongside silicon sealing the roof And other joints/ seams .I hope this helps someone else make up their mind. When I made the purchase I was aware the quality was on the low side but I knew I’d be able to address that issue so I am very happy.

Parts missing, Damage to the wood. Although the seller was good and gave me some money back this item is not worth the money at all very flimsy and won't last. Roof leaks when it rains can imagine it's going to be down when we have strong winds. Don't waste your time

The media could not be loaded. It was a bit of a challenge putting it together on my own. Took 4 hours. Lot of the screws did not go in all the way, I was using a cordless drill so may not have been powerful enough. Overall it is OK if a little flimsy, possibly due to not being on solid floor. My cats are indoor cats so are finding it a bit odd and have not settled in yet when I put them in there so I am hoping they will like it more as time goes on. I think it is a bit overpriced for what it is
