Great for £56 when they were on sale, sound quality and noise cancellation are great too.
Only had these for a day now but I want to give these 5 stars immediately, and if there are any issues I will come back and update this review. Here's why:Firstly I got these on offer when they were on the Black Friday sale, so my review will reflect their quality at £56.The sound quality for me is great. I also have a pair of August EP650 which seem to have a heavier weighting on the bass, with this headphones I think the bass mids and highs are more balances overall and for the most part, very clear. The quality of audio you listen to will also make a huge difference to your experience with these headphones. I have listened to a range of tracks now from a few different genres, especially very busy tracks with lots of different instruments/vocals working together simultaneously and I have only noticed some distortion when the volume on my computer and headphones are both set to max. The max volume is also quite comfortable to listen to, I didnt feel like my ears were going to explode. The build quality is fine, the headband padding is great and the cups also are adequately padded. Theres a satisfying click when folding them out and in again, the 2 sides extend independently too and have quite a satisfying mechanism that so far hasn't shifted from what I set it to despite my moving the headphones around a lot when I'm cooking and listening to music. The noise cancellation is probably the key driver to giving these a 5 star review though. As with any active noise cancellation, there will be a lag and all the noise is never going to be cancelled out. But heres are a few things that have been cancelled out for sure, that I have noticed: a loud kettle that's boiling, noises from laptop fan, running tap when washing the dishes, extractor fan when cooking. These would usually annoy me if I was listening to something on my laptop across the room even on a set of desktop speakers, but with the headphones on and active noise cancellation, these sounds virtually disappear. For most other sounds, they are reduced by at least 50%, which includes clapping, typing on a clicky mechanical keyboard, frying food, the microwave.. One drawback here is the microphones used to detect the background noise which needs to be cancelled are on both the earcups, so it is actually more effective at cancelling sounds coming from the sides than directly in front or behind.Thats my review so far, I would recommend for sure I think these are great. Would I have paid £70 for these had I realised they existed before the black friday sale? Probably. Definitely recommended at £56.

Good headphones for the price with good blue tooth features.
Build Quality and Sound are good for price. Noise cancellation is for 90% low frequency noises; It was able to reduce my PC fan and the gardener's mower to very low levels, and with music on-top of it, became silent. I'm used to bass boosted headphones, so it was initially weird sounding, but after some time, I've noticed you can hear a wider range of sound with more clarity with these headphones, especially when pushing the volume high. The over ear headphones felt very comfortable, and the rectangular shape gently hugs your ears, and adds to the stability of the headphones on your head.Active Noise Cancelling Headphones, LinkWitz Bluetooth Headset with Bluetooth 4.1, Bass Boost, Hi-Fi Stereo, Built-in Mic and Hi-Fi Stereo, Atp-X (Black)Glad I made the purchase.

Not sure why these headphones have such good reviews. If all you want is a cheap non stylish pair of Bluetooth headphones they're good enough for that but the noise cancelling feature is rubbish. It hardly cancels any noise at all. Returned!

A tiny bit more comfortable great sound and simple operation make this headset rather desirable.
The media could not be loaded. Does the shape of a set of headphones make that much difference? I would say possibly having had mostly round headsets, my ears are NOT actually round so a set like these which are more oval in shape are that tiny bit more comfortable. Obviously comfort is only one of the important aspects of a headset, sound quality is paramount and here these do really score. They cast £80 so they should be good and they are! I suspect that even the most discerning of users will like these with their great bass and good dynamic range. Lets face it mostly you want them for listening to music or gaming if telephony was your main need you would go or a set with a boom mike but these do work as a head set and call quality is good in both directions. Operation is simple too the headset works the same way most other Bluetooth headset do with a Multi Function button to turn on or off, enter pairing mode answer, reject or hang up calls and pause or play music.Linkwitz supply a really nice hard case to contain the headphones, charging cable and 3.5mm jack cable to use if you cannot or do not wish to use Bluetooth. When using the cable all the controls have to be adjusted on the player as the buttons only affect Bluetooth operation. This is normal for all the Bluetooth headsets I have come across.I Like the self adjusting headbands on many headsets but the click adjusters on these do allow you to set the headset just right and like any really good headset you hardly know you are wearing these. This headset does come with an Active Noise Cancelling feature but to be honest the ear muffs are so good that you are not often going to need it.I can recommend these, I and sure if you budget stretches to hundreds of pounds you may find and even better set, but you would need really acute hearing to notice the difference.

Good value phones
Excellent for the price but sound cancelling not up to the standard of the pricier products so moved these on and got Sony mdr1000x now that is a good sounding set of phones with great noise cancelling. Still if your on a budget you can't go wrong with the linkwitz

Impressive
I've used these for about 20 hrs in a fairly noisy environment and the active noise cancelling is remarkable compared to anything else I have used. I really like the sound quality, comfort and the physical quality of the headphones. For the price, they are excellent and I would certainly recommend them.
