Skin Grip Adhesive Patches Compatible with Dexcom G7 & Stelo CGM Sensors

The biggest problem I've had with my "upgrade" to the G7 has been knocking it off of my arms just going about daily life. Will I try it on my belly? First, I want to try to make it work where it's supposed to (in the USA). These work. I finally have a winner. They don't irritate my skin. That's huge, because I rash up with a lot of adhesives. These fully cover the sensor. No part of it sticks out to be torn off. Everyone's skin is different, and an allergy can develop at any time. For me, so far so good. I hope I don't have to go shopping around again any time soon, because these are just that good.

I use these patches over my Dexcom G7 sensor, and they've solved the peeling edges I kept fighting with. They go on easily, and the tan color blends in with my skin instead of standing out like some of the bright overpatches. They've held up through showers, sweaty workouts, and swimming, and the edges stayed down. Even after several days, the sensor was still firmly in place with no lifting or catching on clothing. Removal was fairly gentle, and I didn't have any irritation, though everyone's skin is different. The 20 pack is a good value, and the patches are easy to line up over the sensor. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants extra security for a CGM, especially if you're active or live somewhere hot and humid. Pros: Strong hold, waterproof and sweatproof, skin-tone color, easy to apply, good value for 20 Cons: Sensitive skin may want to test one patch first.

I'm not sure why others have described challenges with these, they've been perfect for me. I use the Stelo CGM just for biohacking my body. The first week I had it, I only used the little adhesive ring that came with the CGM and it fell off within a week. The sensors are designed for 15 days continuous use. So I looked for alternatives and found these. I read some reviews that said it was tough to apply, but I've found it to be quite the opposite experience. Because you're applying the CGM typically to your tricep it's a bit of an advanced yoga pose to put these adhesive patches on, but once you get the hang of it, it's fine. Some have mentioned it's hard to remove the backing, I haven't found that to be the case. Some have stated that they don't last very long, again, not been my experience. What I've found works the best is once you've installed your CGM and made sure it's built in adhesive is stuck as well as can be, simply discard the little adhesive ring that it comes with. Take one of these Skin Grip patches out, remove the center piece of backing and two of the 4 outer backing pieces. Then Lift the remaining two 1/3 to 1/2 of the way off. Simply center the patch on your CGM, rub the center and the two fully exposed exterior ring pieces, then remove the backing from the other two exterior ring pieces and fully adhere the patch to your skin and the CGM. Easy peasy. These EASILY last the 15 days of my CGM and I'm pretty sure they'd go at least another week or two if the CGM would last that long. I haven't noticed any skin irritation. Also, I'm frequently in water for long periods of time, and these continue to be adhered through everything I've thrown at them. I wouldn't hesitate to buy these if you're looking for this type of product.

After wearing my Dexcom G7 for the 15 days. Super easy to apply with the different tabs. It feels really flexible once it is placed in the arm as well. Fit well around the CGM. It about the size of the bottom of a 20oz bottle of Pepsi. (Only thing I had near by to measure) Daily showers and working out 3 days every week. The edges came up, but it was still stuck on there pretty good when I took it off. I even forgot a few times and dragged my hand over it. It does start to look like a wet bandaid, but it does dry fast. It feels like the good quality bandaids. Only thing is I wish they had more cute designs.

These are an almost perfect solution for an overpatch for dexcom sensors or similar. They remain on for the entire 15 days with no irritation. These are definitely worth it. The only real issue i've had is removing the tabs to expose the adhesive.

Great Idea. The adhesion doesn't last 14 days, I used 2 for 2 weeks. The patches fray pretty bad around the 7 day mark. Its a great product except if your in a demanding job that rubs against it from time to time. Just needs a little upgrade in the patch clothe and adhesion upgrade. Maybe they need a more industrial grade patch. Not sure but it does work, just not very good for me.

Keeps cgm safe, it has great quality, sticks to skin, it will leave a lot of glue on your skin after removal but overall it does what promised

These work wonderful! They are great quality! Easy to use. They don't fall off easily. You can take a shower and they still stay on the whole time. They are obviously visible, being black, but my husband is a mechanic. He needed something that would hold up to all the things he does. He didn't want his Dexcom out where he could take a chance of ripping it off. It holds up really well with sweat and water. They feel like cotton. Like a normal shirt or something so you don't expect it to hold up but it really does. We will be purchasing these again when we are out. Highly recommend!

It’s good, but it not settle; the answering device keeps moving. I had to remove and repeat another one to settle it and still at the same.

Definitely makes your Dexcom sensor stay on the whole 10 days. Will be buying again
