I absolutely love this. As the name implies, it does not budge and stays on all day. People constantly compliment me on the "Bombshell" color. I put a dab of white highlighter in the corner of my eye to accentuate it and brown on the crease. Its effortless, able to all be applied in less than a minute and gets so my compliments.Also, for my folks who live in hot, humid climates, you have probably experienced chap sticks, lip sticks, color sticks and eye shadow sticks melt before. This stuff does not. It can sit in my car in 100F, 95% humidity weather with feels like temp in the 110s and it doesn't even soften.

Whether using as shadow or liner, e.l.f. works the best for me. This product stays on until I take it off, consistent and dependable.

Went on smoothly and stayed, I like how I didn't have to make too many passes to get the deep shade I wanted. Now it did come with those white specks that some other reviews talked about but I just wiped it off with a tissue, and doing so I did break the makeup part but I just stuck it back in the hole and it's working just fine if I end up having to use a brush to apply it that's ok with me, I like this product. There's been no eye irritation and I have not had to reapply it at all.

Good color , doesn't look like lime green on lid but a soft, subtle green .It glides on smoothly , stays on and is a great price . Buy it

I bought this on a Wirecutter, New York Times, recommendation for inexpensive, effective drug store makeup. The color that was recommended is (apparently) the only neutral color option in the line. It's VERY neutral on my light tan skin. But it stays put, is easy to apply, I like it. Can't be beat at $5.

Really nice and stays on all day and sometimes into the next day. Need to smudge it around before it dries or it can have a clear edge instead of shaded in.

I have been on the hunt for reasonably priced, non irritating and long lasting eye liners for a very long time. They are so easy to use and also they last a lot longer than the thin eyeliners that always seem to break off. Bonus feature: you can use them as an eye shadow. Sometimes I apply several colors (brown on upper- inner eye, purple as a shadow or highlighter and the blue as a subtle pop of color on my lower lashes. You will not be disappointed. No need to spend $25 for an eyeliner that you use 5 times and then it breaks.
