While I like the product quite a lot, it was shipped to me, NOT ONCE, but TWICE in a paper envelope (the second time was a replacement order for the first order that was severely damaged in the mail). The product comes in tiny glass vials which are very fragile and BOTH TIMES, the product was broken and smashed in the mail. Anyone with any sense would not have tossed the thin box display box containing the 12 product vials into a paper envelope with NO PADDING OR PROTECTION! VERY FRUSTRATING!

The product looks "homemade". The glass is very thick and it is impossible to open the ampule without getting the injury. The only instruction to open is "break with a towel". The towel does not help as well. I have even used my husband to help but not success. In case you manage to break the ampule it is unclear how to apply the product on your scalp. There is some applicator included in the box but it's not clear what is it for.. The label is just sticked to the ampule but not print on the glass as it usually done by other producers. Totally unexpected quality for USA product. Used to buy Italian ampules, absolutely different experience. Will be returning.
