Q: how long before the product is out of date ??

This is an interesting question. I expect we will have expired long before this plastic is dust. The plastic is quick to discolour in certain environments when heated mostly, which can be useful, for example tea, coffee, food dye. Stays white in normal use. The plastic is said to be reusable thousands of times but once discoloured through many manipulations and stains through experimentation in small quantities, it may be worth responsibily disposing of. I often use a lighter for quick adjustments but not really doing the plastic any favours in staying pristine. Great stuff if used wisely.

Q: What size is this please. The title says 250g, the description says 500g, and the picture is 1kg.

As far as I can remember, the size of bag is requested as part of the ordering process, by the way this stuff is brilliant, I used it to modify a model that I was making, it sticks to things very well with evostick if this is any help, and can be painted with model paints, have fun. If you need any more info then just ask.

Sorry can't help with the clay, but yes you can remodel polymorph. Hth

I really tried. Really. It doesn't want to pick up impressions reliably, not subtle ones at least (think anything under 2mm of depth) and it really cooled down too fast for me to do anything. If you're hoping to shape the plain, clear thing, there's a chance. Just leave it in really hot water for five minutes and it might cooperate. If you're hoping to dye it with the colored pellets, it'll take you forever.
