Dont buy a camera bag till you've seen this item.
When you've got an expensive camera and you dont want to lug a bag around with you, then this item is the perfect article to wrap your camera in. It can then be placed in any bag and it will be perfectly safe. Its a well made item that should've been thought of years ago, and its a pity it wasn't its a simple design, with Velcro tape at each end so the camera is safe no matter which way you fasten it. The first day i got the camera wrap i immediately put it to use and wrapped my camera in it, as i was going to use it that day, but my 2 year old granddaughter had other ideas, she tried to open the camera wrap and when she couldn't she quite literally threw it on the living room floor. The camera bounced a couple of times, and my daughter in law was worried that the camera may be damaged. BUT NO PROBLEMS i unwrapped the camera and closely inspected it and its still working perfectly thanks to the camera wrap.I can wholeheartedly recommend this item, as being one of the best photo items ive come across.

It does the job of protecting your camera from scrapes and light knocks in a bag.
It's okay. Personally, I do not like the feel of the material on the black side, it's a tad slippery to my hands. It's looks like single stitching on the seams, i'd like to see more robust stitching (as in the Domke version). The padding is a welcome thought, if very thin. The pocket is very small, would be nice if the pocket was big enough to fold the product back into itself when not in use. In reality, not having that extra bit of velcro in the 4th corner looks like a cost saving exercise, I'd rather have velcro in all 4 corners. A gripped 5Dmk3 and 24-70 2.8 fit fine, down to a gripped Fuji XT-1 with 35mm. Is it worth £24? I don't think so, hence the 3 stars. Makes more sense at £10-£15.
