Excellent product & customer care service
After using for one month can say cradiac rooster is excellent cycle. My height is 6ft and I find it sturdy and comfy. Great product.

Value for money
Everything is good. But it doesn't include accessories other than mudgards. Gears were not tuned, so make it sure to be tuned after purchasing.

Cycle is good but no customer support got damaged pedals
Got the cycle almost 80% assembled.Pedal thread was damaged .Unable to contact customer care.Even after multiple call to the customer numberNo response.Better to buy from store instead of buying cycles online.

Best MTB under 15k
Cradiac Rooster was exceptional choice for individuals with a height of 5.9 feet or taller, such as myself at 5.10 feet. The 29-inch wheels provide a smooth and stable ride, making it easy to navigate even the roughest terrain. Very lightweight aluminum alloy frame , The suspension fork came with lockout System and seat post further enhance the bike's but it’s lil bit uncomfortable performance. Overall, I recommend the Cradiac Rooster for tall riders looking for a high-performance mountain bike that delivers both comfort and speed.

Poor response and product quality
Product received in damaged condition there is no response from the product support centre multiple calls are made very poor support . Request people to buy other products

Mind blowing. It is for my son . He says that it is the best bycycle. It looks amazing. It runs very swiftly. He is happy to have it.

Gear shift
Gear shifting not upto to the mark. Not smooth enough to shift the front derauilers.
