I never would have thought that such a small adjustment with the simple equipment would make such a difference! I do squats and lunges with a 40 lbs vest and no longer feel twinge or discomfort in my knees. The blocks are light, compact , and also come with their own carry bag. I love everything about this product and the price point is also fantastic! Great job!

Compact yet sturdy
I like that they are lightweight and compact. Yet it does make them less stable or sturdy even when lifting heavy weight. I have a pair at home and at the office. I am a physical therapist and I recommend this product to all my clients for their at home workouts.

These are solid!!
These are solid wedge blocks! As a personal trainer, I’m all about helping my clients improve their squats. These give them fuller range of motion and also help take off some of the pressure on the knees. My clients know when I pull these out, they’re going to get some good squats in!💪🏼☺️
