This cast iron egg pan with four layers of exterior enamel provides the slow, even heat that is the hallmark of cast iron, while being highly resistant to cracking and chipping. The interior of the Grenoble series features the new technology of a ceramic/enamel surface for no-fuss food release. Excellent for preparing eggs any style; also use it to serve, fry, stir fry, sear, bake and sauté. A perfect combination of design and functionality the Grenoble cast iron series with multi-layer enamel coating and ceramic-meets-enamel interior never rusts or needs to be seasoned. Using only the highest quality anti-bacterial materials to manufacturer its products, Essenso combines authentic and traditional craftmanship with innovative design and bring novelty to kitchens around the world. Using harsh detergents are not recommended. Clean it by softening the product in warm water and then removing the residues with a non-scouring sponge. We recommend using silicone or wooden kitchen utensils. Before First Use: Wash the product in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Dishwasher use not recommended. Dishwasher detergents may corrode your product and damage it over the long term.
