I bought the Amazon Comfort Band elbow brace to help with tennis elbow, and it made a noticeable difference within the first few days. The strap sits right below the elbow or on the biceps and doesn't too much pressure on the tendon, which really helps cut down the sharp pain during therapy. It’s lightweight and low-profile, so I can wear it under a long-sleeve shirt without it feeling bulky. The velcro is strong and the padding is soft, but I did have to readjust it once or twice during physiotherapy keep it in place. For the price, it feels well-made and breathable enough to wear for a few hours at a time. It will make your arm sweat, but it's washable and dries relatively fast. Overall, it’s a solid, affordable support that actually helps me rehab with my forearm walker, and stay active without aggravating my elbow.

I found this sleeve to be too loose on my arm and somewhat difficult to put on. The inner sleeve is very loose on my arm, so trying to hold it in place while tightening the top strap is not easy. I also had a hard time figuring out where the seam at the elbow is meant to go (above or below elbow?). And the lower section is so loose that when pulling the strap tight enough, it creates an uncomfortable fold in that lower fabric. The circumference of my arm at the elbow joint is 9", for reference. That being said, it does help my elbow to feel better if I can get it situated in a comfortable position. It also seems well made, and the "velcro" holds firmly.

Honestly, its pretty comfortable and provides the support I need while rehabing my golfer's elbow. Great quality, stays in place and seems like it will last pretty long. Its a little on the thicker side, so I wouldn't give it points for breathability, but it is a more heavy duty so its expected. You can adjust the compression and size as needed.

My elbow problems are a more recent affliction. I ordered this brace on a whim and without reading reviews and doing my research as much as I probably should have. I am heavy set, and this brace does not fit me like it fits the person in the picture. I think it would probably be fine for someone slender, but I should have ordered something larger. With that being said, it still helped me. I've only worn it for less than 24 hours, but I noticed a marked improvement in how my elbow/arm felt. I did wear it to bed, even though it says not to. But my main reason for wanting something was to wear to bed as my arm throbs at night time. I believe my elbow issues stem from overuse due to having adhesive capsulitis in the same shoulder, so I do have other things going on. So if you're thinner and are having elbow problems, I believe this will help.

Bought it for my husband because he was having issues with his elbow. He found this brace and had me order it. It came the very next day. He said it’s very comfortable and easy to adjust to his size. He has used it for a less than a week and is already feeling the difference. Depending on your specific need, I would recommend this brace.

Easy fit and comfortable to wear, flexible bending, yet sturdy.

I'd give it 5 stars, but it makes you sweat too much.
