Quality supplement!
I started taking this at the recommendation of my Dr. I've only been taking it for a few weeks so I'm not sure how/if it's affected my blood work. I'm taking this and krill oil. I like that it has CoQ10 added in as this is helpful for cardiovascular health. It seems like it's doing fine, no side effects. Plus I really like and trust the Forest leaf brand. I have purchased a few items from them and the seem to be great quality!

Excellent product!
I was asked to take by my PA to lower my cholesterol along with Omega 3's and to take the highest doses. I have done this now for four months and my numbers have come down. I have noticed I feel better over all. I recommend this brand and did research serval before choosing.

Good value and quality.
Quality seems good, as well as packaging, delivery time, and value. Started taking via country doctors advice for high cholesterol went I refuse to take statins anymore. We'll see how this works out.

Best one I’ve tried!
I have tried several brands of Red Yeast Rice. This is by far one of the best! It does not upset my stomach at all. Easy to take, and has helped to lower my cholesterol.

They work!!
These pills work!! I had high cholesterol and high LDL, took these pills and Lower both cholesterol and LDL significantly in 3 months. I also did some dietary changes. No dairy and red meat. Red meat only a few times a month. I would definitely recommend trying these pills before going on statin if you are looking for an alternative. Also I haven’t had any side effects.

Know your Allergies!
I was experiencing muscle aches from my prescribed cholesterol medication (satin) when my Dr suggested Red Yeast pills as a substitute.
