best tape ever!!
I used to have this for my physical therapy, and it’s the exact type they have. It takes awhile to get used to, and to learn how to use it, but it works like a dream! Id definitely recommend it.

Provide a good level of support
The PT that I have been working with for knee issues put this on my knee replacing the knee wrap I had been using. Amazing what afew pieces of tape can do. My knee felt just as stable as it does with the knee wrap. I did put the wrap on during the night to preserve the tape for another day.
