Yes. You read that right. I love coffee, and I love coffee, caramel and vanilla (Starbucks caramel ribbon crunch). I don't love all the sugar though. One tablespoon of this espresso powder, some ice, and a caramel flavor premier protein shake in the AM and I get all the flavor without the insulin spike. It mixes well in liquid, and it bakes really well. Great espresso flavor without being bitter.

When it first arrived, it was covered in a very fine layer of espresso dust, which had me concerned. But after a thorough inspection, I saw no openings or damage to the container, so brushed it off.My first experience baking with this turned out better than I imagined. Used it in a chocolate cupcake recipe I have and changed some of the ingredients to make it refined-sugar-free. Resulted in the best cupcakes I've ever made (to date). Be sure to use this in any recipe that calls for chocolate cake, cupcakes, etc. It really brings out the flavor to a whole new level.

I have tried several espresso powders, and to tell you the truth, the other kind that I use is still my favorite, but it is so much more expensive that I thought I'd give this one a go. I really liked it! It isn't as strong as the other brand I normally use, but it has a smooth taste and helped me make fantastic mocha protein smoothies for my breakfast. The one I used before this was more of a baking and smoothie use powder, though I think this one might actually be for making instant espresso (and with how smooth it is, I could see that being really good). It isn't my favorite espresso powder, but it is my favorite back-up powder. And the price, at least for a few months, means that I'll be getting this brand rather than my normal powder. It is very high quality and the price is right, so I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

Was Exactly what was posted in the picture, used it for baking and it worked amazing. I found Espresso powder in stores hard to find and if i did was extremely expensive, this was a great price for the amount that you received.

Fabulous stuff. I put this espresso powder into Kahlua chocolate fudge - heavenly. The espresso enhances the flavor of the chocolate and make it extremely rich and decadent. Take mini bites slowly and savor the delicious flavor.
