Easy to assemble/practical
The media could not be loaded. Â This product is as shown here, only difference is the actual âwhiteâ color. You would expect a solid white but material is a little bit less solid and I guess âkind of transparentâ but other than that is exactly as described. I love the spaces and how it supports weight

Does not look like photo, and made very hard to put together
First off nothing is labeled, there is 1 piece of paper thatâs confusing to read , the picture does not match the product you get it says black but I got white hooks plastic, very poorly made, I should have ordered something else but Iâm 9 months pregnant and donât have time to send it back otherwise I would, this really is hard to put together and itâs stressing me out canât find a video or website to help me and I might be missing a piece of this product if I could give it 0 stars I would.

Pretty good
This was a great solution for our household. Would give 5 stars but biggest drawer area is more of a floppy shapeless bag. Good for stuffed animals but needs weight to hold it's shape. It was difficult to build but it is still a great value đ

Very nice
Its nice and holds a good amount of stuff. Mine was missing one of the top tubes.

I should've read the reviews instead of rushing to buy
It's honestly not as pictured. The "storage boxes" if you can call them that are flimsy, see through, mesh type material which is not what I expected. For the price I should've been more wary but you win some you lose some. Didn't get "N" the curtain rod, instructions were barely there and I had to decipher them in order to put the thing together and it's still not perfectly put together. It'll serve it's purposes but I should not have this much trouble. I'd rather stick to plastic chest of drawers than deal with this again. Generously giving a 3 star review because it is still standing. FOR NOW đ§

Five stars for the $$ HOWEVER:
This thing was such a pain to assemble. We just had to replace everything after a fire so weâve had lots of IKEA and Walmart, some Amazon assembling. This was the absolutely most complicated for no reason thing weâve had yet. Poorly labeled piece bags, poorly pictured directions, honestly 0/10 satisfying to put together. That being said, now that the assembling is done, it seems sturdy enough for the cost. Wonât last forever, wonât last as a toy box for kids or any kind of daily wear. Does seem to be fine for clothing storage out of the way. Overall Iâd recommend it for that extra space but yâall, consider yourselves warned about the process.

Could be nice with some QC
I seriously hate when companies offer what could be a quality product at a good price & then choose to cut the dumbest corners to save pennies, essentially making their product junk.I wasted over 2 hours tonight putting this thing together when it never should have even taken close to that long. My first mistake was cleaning out drawers & closets before putting it together (please excuse the mess in the pics) without knowing if I even wanted to keep this thing. The first two issues that I noticed was only half of the pieces were labeled. Why?? Why have directions with letter labels & then only label half of the pieces AND put similar looking pieces in a bag & slap two labels on the front? I think I can answer my own question by saying because it was a return. A few of the fabric pieces were not folded right & were totally wrinkled which again, if the time was just spent to do it right, your customers wouldnât have a negative opinion straight out of the box.As luck would have it, I didnât discover that one of the fabric bins was ripped-because it was probably a return-until the last steps after I had already spent over an hour putting it together. And mind you, I had to repeat the same steps two and three times because they were not properly labeled.Something I forgot to mention is there was hair in some of the tubes & white flakes on the bins which is disgusting in and of itself. So back to the last few stepsâŚIâm assuming the previous owner did the same thing as me (which I didnât realize until an hour, swollen fingers, back pain, a bruised chin & a sore neck later) & put a wrong connector piece in one of the spots (mine was also upside down). This made my top row uneven, the bin not fit & the bars not be long enough. After I finally figured it out, I tried to disassemble what I already attached & the bin that already had a hidden tear, ripped completely. Oh & how can I forget, one of the support fabric pieces also ripped at this point & now is essentially unusable. & this one ripped just because my hand slipped. So itâs together. I canât use the top âshelfâ because itâs ripped. The top bin is usable but ugly. Iâm not confident the hanging bar is put on right but the directions are of no help. I had to put the support fabric in a different direction because it was too loose (probably because I was using the wrong connector pieces!), I have two random pieces left & no idea where they belong, I probably wonât be able to walk in the morning & the whole thing just looks âoff.âThe sad thing is, if they didnât send me a damaged & used product & took the time to properly package & label the pieces, it actually would have been pretty nice for the price. I would really like to find a company that took pride in their products instead of trying to cut corners.I havenât decided if Iâm keeping it or not. The risk of injury to take it apart & not being able to get this room organized may not make a return even worth it.

Missing parts, thin plastic broken before I could even use it.
I was dumb enough to purchase two of these items, thinking it would just get me by, maybe buy some time before I upgrade my closet. Images are of broken (not after assembly, but prior to assembly) clothes hanging rod end pc, entirely missing curtain-hanging piece ("N" in the contents listing) in one of the closets, then there's the "N" piece that's not a rod at all, except simply a stretchy string. Curtain is PLASTIC (like a frosted shower curtain liner) Then there's the storage 'drawer/shelf', torn @ entire length of non-adhering velcro, but also in multiple other areas, before I even touched it. Also included a pic of what the box looked like before touching contents---Really? I mean, wasn't too expensive, but it was nowhere near what I thought it might be. Seems I paid for trash, as both items are absolutely unusable. All-around disappointment.

Extremely cheaply made
Extremely cheap. The fabric sewing was undone in some spots and the âshelvesâ fabric was stretched in spots. Very flimsy it wonât last a month.
