This oroduct stopped working. I contacted the seller and he said he would send another after a few emails. He asked for my details but amazon said we are not to give personal information.. I asked the seller to go to my original order and get my address.... now he is not responding ?????

I cant say anything bad about this product, it works as described and with a 5 year warranty you cant go wrong. no cheaply made and very easy to use.

The long fingernails on the video are grossing me out. Long fingernails harbor germs!!

Used it 3 times to seal about a dozen bags and it stopped working. Thank you Amazon for an easy return and refund. For the dozen or so bags I had to seal it seemed to work fine, seemed easy to use, and the bags I sealed seem to be holding up so far. Rate features should include DURABILITY which with this one is into negative stars.

and then quit vacuuming. Still seals, just won't vacuum.

Perfect food saver. Works better then I thought it would. Used daily for sous vide meals.
