Review: MacuShield is saving my vision! - I found out six or seven years ago that I had second stage dry Macular Degeneration. I have been taking MacuShield for almost that many years. Started out with Areds but learned that MaxuHealth had an extra ingredient, Meso Zeanithin, so I started using that and found my AMD was stable. I found that when I had to reorder, that MacuShield had the same ingredients, but was less expensive. My AMD has not progressed since I was diagnosed with this eye disease. I also take fish oil, Omega 3, and some other over the counter supplements. I never knew I had AMD till a checkup. It is very important to have a yearly eye exam especially after 50. I will be 77 this summer and am so glad that MacuShield is protecting my vision.
