We don't know what you have had in the past but Snorlfex is probably not smaller. Regards. **Q: Is the snorflex BPA free?** A: Yes! No BPA! **Q: Can this device be adjusted to bring the jaw further forward or back? Does it come with different sized elastics for instance?** A: It comes with plenty of elastics of the same size, so what I do is double up or triple up on both sides.The bands need to be changed very 2-3 weeks so that the tension doesn't slack.When I order a new one I always have half a bag of spares left still. The lower jaw gets pushed forwards. This Mandibular Advancement Device (MAD) is the most comfortable one I've tried and I have stuck to this brand. I think I'm on my 3rd one now and I think I only need to replace 2-3 times a year. I have Mild to Moderate Sleep Apnoea, and was given a home sleep assessment by my hospital. I had previously paid twice as much for MADs from British Snoring and Sleep Apnoea website but they were not as effective or as comfortable as this.
