I'm learning to make Neapolitan pizza at home and found that to get a good base it's essential how you handle the dough after it has risen.  After a few failed attempts to lift the dough out of various trays I decided to buy a proper dough box and spatula to see if that helped.  It did! This box is just the right size for making pizza at home, and has a nice 'waxy' non stick feel to the plastic. It easily accomodates 4 dough balls with plenty of space to cleanly lift them out.  As I get better, I'm sure it could accommodate more if needed. A great product.

Great box for proofing pizza dough. Lid closed tightly and kept dough fresh. Easy to clean. Not cheap but its authentic and does the job.
