We bought this for the start of secondary school and admittedly it's really hard to choose from the vast number of products that are supplied by Chinese firms in all manner of colours and designs. I wish that we could have products that are designed to last - I don't think this one will see my daughter through secondary school before ending up in landfill because it is broken, but it's nearly impossible to find one that is made with that level of quality these days.This backpack is reasonably functional. My daughter seldom overloads it, and it's lasted over a year with just one outer pocket zip having broken - annoying because this isn't a zip that even gets very much use and the bag doesn't look as good with the zip being broken. The main bag has a padded division inside with a velcro strap for her Chromebook which is handy. These is an outer section too with various subdivisions for smaller items. The straps are padded but it's not really thick and sturdy padding so not great for longevity or heavy loads. The bag is also not very water resistant and my daughter has had books damaged in her bag when she's had to wait in heavy rain for 5 minutes.The bag's USB charging port and headphone socket feel like gimmicks and quickly got removed. It's not as if her phone lives in her bag very much anyway and nearly all the kids use bluetooth headphones these days.

Purchased for my daughter to use as a school bag. Very impressed by the quality - straps seem very secure, loads of padding and the zips all run smoothly. The capacity of the bag is excellent - fits all the normal school stuff (pencil case, calculator, books, tablet etc) as well as sports kit and lunch. One of the key reasons for getting this bag was the laptop pocket in the main compartment - it's been a game changer in terms of keeping my daughter's school books and written work in good condition. Plus she loves the bag design as it's not crazy bright but better than boring black!

This backpack feels like it’s going to be very comfortable (well padded back and straps, chest strap for extra support when needed etc) and also very sturdy, but the most important thing is that it is MASSIVE!!! I have been using my Lucy and Yak backpack for uni but I’ve been struggling with fitting everything I need in due to the size of my pencil case and the other items I need, so I needed to find a new backpack with more space, and I certainly found it!!! I was able to fit in my very large pencil case, my laptop, 3 a4 notebooks, my Sony overear headphones and their case, my iPad, hand sanitizer and cream, my purse and keys, a 2l bottle of Diet Coke inside, and still had LOADS of space left (enough I’ll be able to comfortably fit in a coat, class books, a hat and scarf and gloves, my switch, and probably still have space left over!) The bottle parts on the sides also fit the same 2l bottle of Diet Coke comfortably. If you need a big bag then this is definitely one you should consider, especially for the price!

This bag is fantastic. It is spacious, has a zillion pockets, wide comfy straps AND a USB power bank wire!! Very comfortable to wear even with heavier cargo. I also love the pattern. Would definitely recommend for someone needing a practical AND pretty looking backback

Bought this to replace a smaller backpack and it’s been great. The strap allows you to attach it to your suitcase handles, there’s loads of pockets for stuffing Knick knacks in and it’s pretty to look at too

Bought this for my daughter and it’s still going 2 years in. Spacious, excellent quality, lots of pockets, and beautiful design. Cannot fault this backpack

Been using it all month with school bags and it's holding up well. Glad to have it as it looks cool too.
