Jiva Organic Bulgar Wheat - grown in the USA! It's delicious and just the right cut. Easy to cook and eat. I do 'cheat' and cook in my rice cooker so I don't have to watch it. Perfect for my use. It's a bit lighter and fluffier cooked in the rice cooker - and I personally like that. I cannot get a good quality bulgar locally - and I would totally purchase this brand happily. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. This is a nice quality cumin. I can’t even buy it from the stores now because it’s just not the same.

It’s hearty sweet and filling- can keep you feeling full for a long time and keep blood sugar levels from spiraling up and out of control… good carbs and substitution for rice…! Diabetics can benefit greatly by switching from rice to this product and reduce sugar spikes…very short cooking times. Soaking in water helps to lock in nutrients and shorten cooking times…
