So far...so good!
I've been taking this supplement for almost a month now and I haven't experienced any negative side effects..only positive. The color is a little off-putting but there is little to no taste, so I'm not bothered by it at all. The product is doing what they claim it does so I will be ordering another bottle. I only drink filtered water so I knew I needed to get my minerals from another source. Between this product, my diet and my coffee tamer, I'm hoping it's enough. Time will tell.

Drank it with water for about 5 days and could barely get it down. The color grosses me out - it's the color of prune juice but sort of taste organic. Upset my stomach bad - had to stop drinking it. Update: the company reached out to me on their own and refunded all my money. Very generous and I would definitely do business with them again!

Nail growth and hardness
It does seem to make my nails grow and have better hardness, not splitting and ripping so much. And I have to take it in the morning or else I’m jumpy going to bed. It’s energizing.
