Better than the regular single layer cookie sheets. I guard these with my life! They are for baking don't even think about putting other things on them. The double layer works to keep the bottoms of cookies from getting burnt. Finally, at last I have really nice, very useful cookie sheets. I don't remember what I paid for them, but whatever it was it was worth it. Nice size and shape, better for larger cookies. Just try them you will not be sorry. You will be baking cookies like crazy!

Beat cookies sheets in years. So worth the money

Have a recipe for cowboy cookies that need to cook on a rimless baking sheet. These worked out great for this purpose. Lined the pans with parchment paper and they cooked evenly.
