This product was a gift to my family in England. It's my second purchase of it for my daughter who is unwell. I was very pleased to hear that she loves it and was ordering another tray of it for herself.

This protein shake has quickly become one of my favorites. Each bottle packs a solid 42g of protein, which makes it perfect for post-workout recovery or hitting daily protein goals without extra effort. The taste is honestly one of the best I’ve had—smooth, creamy, and more like chocolate milk than a typical protein shake. No chalky texture, no weird aftertaste. I especially like to mix a Pepsi zero with one for like a dirty soda. It’s also super convenient. Ready-to-drink and easy to grab on busy days, whether you’re heading to the gym or just need a quick protein boost. Overall, a great option if you want high protein, great taste, and convenience all in one. Definitely something I keep stocked.

This was my go to right after my tummy surgery...chronic tummy isdues...& I've been using it for 3+ years now. Taste is good for the vanilla & chocolate kind of like a shake, the smell is good for me, & the creaminess works well in my protein coffees. Recommended for additional protein intake as needed.

This is a great prtotein shake for anyone wethaer you are a thlete or not. I use these drinks to supplement my workouts, and the taste is great. I am also lactose intolerant so that I can tolerate this drink. This protein shake is very easy to digest and does not cause me to bloat or be gassy. The ingredients in the shakes are great as well and not harmful. Since I have been taking these drinks, it has curbed my appetite and aided in my weight management. This is not an energy drink, so don't expect a real burst of energy after you drink it. I would store these in the fridge as soon as I get them, and they will be fine. They you hope up very well.

I have a bunch of weird health issues, so supplementing with one of these every day or so seems to help a lot. The biggest thing is that they taste great. The vanilla is my favorite but they all taste like straight up milkshakes. They’re delicious and filling. They make a great meal supplement. It’s way more protein than I could possibly need all at once, so I crack one in the morning and keep it in my fridge and sort of sip on it throughout the day. They have way better ingredients than similar brands and they’re so easy to grab and go when I’m sick and barely hanging in there. I know a lot of people drink them for other reasons but those are mine and that’s how they’ve helped me. Weird pro tip: if you’re short on your protein and thirsty? Pour a yummy prebiotic soda of your choice in to a big glass of ice and add a shot or two of the vanilla protein shake! My gym buddy turned me on to it, but it’s a healthier Italian soda basically! It’s actually really tasty!

Tastes great. No fiber is a bummer. Price is very high. Higher calorie count and sugar bs the competition. May be checking out other brands for added fiber and 10 Grams less protein trade off for the cheaper pricing. Otherwise it’s tasty and goes down smooth.
