The only drawback is the Apple pencil, which isn't quite as accurate as I need it to be when I'm writing in a new line of text or inserting proofreading marks, and some things become hard to read because of the tendency of the original nib to skid. Being able to see where the tip touches the screen and where the 'ink/pixels' emanate from the nib really does help when doing any precision work. I would stress that I only write on my iPad and from that perspective, I don't really think they are a 'must have' above Apple's own. However if drawing is your thing, the finer tips will certainly appeal. Priced appropriately and work as expected. Quality is very good and I like the case.
