Karen KatzDaddy and Me (Karen Katz Lift-the-Flap Books)

I absolutely adore Karen Katz books. They are SO cute. My toddler daughter LOVES them. We have 4 of them and I want to buy her more. She likes the mommy ones better than the daddy ones.... SHHH! ;) But she's in a mommy phase right now. These books are so fun they have little pull up flaps are are very engaging. At 1.5 my daughter already has a lot of the ebooks memorized and she normally picks what books she wants me to read her at night and she almost always picks the Karen Katz ones. We stumbled across them by a accident because my mother bought one for her and now they're my favorite kids books. If you are hesitating on buying them, I wouldn't!

Excellent lift-the-flap kids book. I gave lots of these books to my nephew's kids as gifts. My nephew's wife is VERY picky as to what she likes - I think she wasn't sure what she thought of these books at first, but her son chooses these books to be read time and time again. I think she likes the sturdiness of the board books. I loved lift-the-flap when I was a kid - I'm glad my grand(?)-nephew enjoys them too - they make reading books (and learning from them) fun!

My 11 month old baby loves this book. Every time she turns the pages she gets really happy when she find a picture under the flaps. And it has enough story to keep her entertained but not bored, by the time we finish up with reading.

My 12 month old would always gravitate towards "Where is Baby's Bellybutton?" when he was playing independently, so I bought a few more by this author. At 14 months, he still really likes them.Unfortunately, the smaller flaps are really easy for him to accidentally rip off, hence four stars

My babe loves this book. I think she adores the colors used, lots of bright shades with easy to understand shapes. She also LOVES the flaps. Overall, it’s another great Karen book for my kiddo to enjoy.

This is a very sweet book about a toddler and daddy building a dog house together. I bought this for my husband to read to our son, because he also has a woodshop and our son loves to watch him work. A few of the reviews complained that the order is wrong, and they first cut the wood and then measure, which is a huge no-no. They must have read the reviews, because our copy starts with measuring the wood, and then cutting. This is a terrific book if your toddler is interested in daddy's tools and wants to learn about them.

This is my son's favorite book. We found the first one at a yard sale and when it got damaged had to replace it ASAP. Thanks Amazon for shipping so fast! Saved a lot of tears.

This is such a sweet and simple baby book. Baby will love the flaps!! I like all of the Katz baby books.

the father and child are only working on construction and with saws, nails , hammers , screwdrivers and painting. I think a father/child book should be about the bonding, about doing activities together that are not so sexist.bought for my daughter and instantly regretted it.

Books from Karen Katz are very cute and interactive. My baby learnt from these. I have 3 of these, where is my mummy, daddy and me and where is baby's belly button. My baby loves them and reads them all the time. Please make more of these interactive flip booksThanks

My 2 year old daughter loves this book as she recognises the tools used by her father and adores actively participating in the story by helping finding them.

Our child loves the pictures and story, she gets excited at the father and his adventures.

My 11 months old son loves this book.
