Noticed a change after 3-4 applications
I bought this for my babies nappy rash. While the results weren't immediate, I did notice a visible improvement after the third application; the redness and roughness of the skin had started to subside.After consistently applying the cream for two days, the rash has completely cleared up. The cream itself has a thick consistency. Although it didn't work as quickly as Metanium, I found it to be a good alternative.

Perfect larger size
Quality product using it for years handy to get it in a larger size I'd forgot to buy it yeah the next day literally was perfect I've been using it 40 years and I'm not stopping yet
