The hoops are flexible, and donning the petticoat is effortless. Simply step into it and pull it up. It features a drawstring and velcro closure at the back. Storage and organization are convenient.

It was the perfect color red to wear under my red Halloween dress. Fit was perfect. It came right away. Quality wasn’t amazing but it’s Okay because it was worn only for Halloween. I would not recommend this product if you’re looking to wear under your wedding dress as you will be disappointed. However it’s perfect for Halloween

Update- Seller's customer service is very helpful and wanted to remedy the situation right away. It appears that a wrong yet similar product from elsewhere may have been sent through Amazon. This might explain the vast difference in material and quality from the description photo. I've added a star for their excellent customer service.If you're expecting a puffy fabric, this is not that. It's more along the line of the material you find on children's plastic tents. It lays flat and doesn't want to ruffle/poof. There would be no way to get it it like shown in the photos. The tie closure has ONE string, not a tie, or a velcro that is for very small people as another option. I wear a women's size 8 or Medium, but the velcro would not hold closed. I'm not sure what you're to do with the one string..there's nothing wlse to tie it to/with. I sewed a piece of string to the other side for myself.I tried it on without heels first and just by lightly sliding back and forth on my wood floor walking, the bottom tore up a bit. It's not the best quality, but will work for what I need. The seller should take down the misleading stock photos for those who need the right fabric and textured ruffles. For myself, I simply needed a hoop petticoat in red. There would have been cheaper options of this quality though.
