I bought this item online to replace extra-tight elatics sewn into the ready-made pajamas I has purchased recently. However, the policy of Amazon in India being seller-centric, its sellers aren't obliged to furnish even basic details, like quality, dimensions, and weight of the products they place on the platform. No wonder that it was only after opening the packet that my apprehension about the cord's thickness proved correct. The cord is really thin at about 6mm in width and 3mm in thickness. As it gets washed and worn, its size will reduce further. But of course one can think of many other uses in one's home or office. Hence my 2 stars.
