Amazing for the price
I wish I'd bought this right away, instead of wasting money on an old fashioned SWR meter. At Field Day my companions could not believe what I paid for this. I'm sure it does lots of cool things. I use it for SWR and that's all I need. Tons of videos are available on how to set it up for this purpose. The only downside, I suppose, is that you have to set regions to analyze rather than the entire HF band (because this device only displays ~100 data points regardless of whether you are analyzing just the 20m band or the entire 70 cm to 160m). But who cares? You can put in presets (say, 14.225 mhz to 14.350 mhz) and you're good to go from there.

There is a USB charging port
I wish it had a HDMI port to allow a big screen TV r=to diplay the charts and graphs this device produces.Maybe th USB port will allow the export of detailed charts and graphs magnofied in areas of interest.I have not figured out how to do this u=yet. I bought a 50 ohm 259 to SMA adaper so i can use my 50 ohm 500 watt load bank located on a switch located on the end of my coax before my wire and verticle antennas are switched in . SURE outperforms the MFJ SWT+R meter model 259BJohn W3JBC

Great inexpensive network analyzer. Handy for analyzing antenna swr!
I purchased the NanoVNA-H vector netowrk analyzer to check the swr on some of my antennas based on videos I found on youtube and was able to get a great view of how they perform across ham bands! The nano came with all the cables, dummy loads and stylus noted in the description and worked out of the box. In addition to the NanoVNA, I purchased some sma male to UHF SO-239 cables making this useful for antennas with PL-259 feed lines too! Great purchase and a great price considering antenna analyzers tend to be a lot more expensive!

One of those things that you don’t realize that you need until you have one.
If you have a project that even gets into the tens of kilohertz, then at some point complex impedance is going to rear its head. Before these little things came around, you had to spend kilobucks to get this kind of functionality. Although Smith charts and scattering parameters are scary looking, one can learn a ton just playing around twiddling components and seeing what happens. Comes with calibration terminations and some short cables. I would add a pair of alligator tip cables to the kit as well as a case to keep all the goodies together. IMSAI GUY did a fantastic series of YouTube videos a couple years ago, as have others. I have stayed pretty much below 1MHz, so can’t speak to higher ranges. Also really like the fact that there is a PC interface that adds functionality and lets you work interactively on a bigger screen than the small but surprisingly functional color touch screen on the device itself.

Inexpensive and gets the job done
I just use it to tune antennas and it does a fine job. It's a pain in having to re-calibrate every time you change frequency ranges. But if you don't want to pay $300 for one of the big units then this one may fit your needs.

Shipped quickly....
I unboxed the VNA and calibrated it with the help of a you tube video. It is working and I will add to this review when I have more experience with the VNA. UPDATE. after a week..... The VNA works as it should.I enjoy using it.

Excellent budget tool (SD Card 'Fail write' error seems can be solved)
I use it for my hobby to make/tune HF/VHF/UHF antennas, HF baluns, ununs to measure SWR (it's nice to see a graph for entire band), insertion loss, reactance, Smith Chart and there is more parameters I didn't try/don't know about yet. But there are lots of good videos on youtube about how to use nanoVNA.Of course there are better much more expensive options for antenna tuning, but I'm on budget and it's excellent tool for the price. This unit does has some limitations:- microSD Card is a nice feature to save screenshots/data files, but I had problems with that. I returned first device because of 'Fail write' error (I tried different 16GB/32GB/128GB cards with no luck). I reordered nanoVNA again, and got the same error. But it looks like there is a solution I found in nanoVNA groups.io. This device does not support newer SD cards. So I found an older slow 16GB SD card, formatted in FAT32 on Windows, inserted SD card in device powered off, powered on device and it looks like it started to work with SD card. I tried the same card before and it didn't work. Not sure maybe it's because originally I inserted the card with device powered on or it had some format issues, but now it finally started to work. To be on safe side I would power off nanoVNA before inserting/ejecting the card.- Only 100 points of measure, so if I set entire 3.5-30MHz band device has a step about 250kHz that is not enough to tune multiband antenna to exact frequency on each ham band. Also device must be re-calibrated for each new band range that is not very convenient. However a good thing that several bands can be saved as a preset, so it's manageable.- Small TFT screen is okay for me, however it's hard to read data in a sunny day, so not the best option for outside. Also sometimes graph covers text, so text is unreadable.- Questionable reliability. It's packaged well and has nice cables, but it's not built like a tank. It's more for indoor use.If I had unlimited budget for my hobby I would get RigExpert for outside use or considered more expensive nanoVNA model with 400 points of measurement and probably bigger screen. But, for the price this model is a way to go for me. It does work and helps me a lot. Overall excellent value.

On time, as advertised.
On time, as advertised., however this unit came with no instructions. Somewhat complex sysrem should have an instruction book included,
