I ordered this knee support strap to see if it would prevent accumulation of extra fluid on my left knee from osteoarthritis and relieve my knee pain while walking. It is very easy to put on in the correct position, adjustable, stays in place and is comfortable to wear. It does decrease the amount of fluid on my knee and controls the knee pain so that I can walk without each step causing pain. It is a good value for the money and I recommend this knee support for people with osteoarthritis of the knee. I like how easy it is to put on and adjust. Decent price for 2 pack. I've had patellar tendonitis for years which has limited some impact exercises. I dont seem to have as much knee pain or inflammation after exercise. These are comfortable to wear while exercising. I have thick thighs and didn't like the "busted can of biscuits " look from compression stabilizers. These are much more aesthetically pleasing. The only con is that the velcro has lost its grip in the last few months so the stabilizer will pop off or slide down my leg mid exercise.
