Nervous to order as previous buyer said she only received 1 bag and paid 6** A: If you are ordering the same as I did then you get 2 boxes of 3 packs of 2 blocks i.e 6 packs of 2 blocks. **Q: Is it okay to drink the water straight directly from the water softener machine?** A: Yes - except in a few circumstances. Do not use it to make up formula milk for babies. Avoid drinking it if you are on a medically supervised low-sodium diet. And if your water is very hard (above 400ppm), it is better to drink the unsoftened water. Softened water is essentially the same as your mains water, but with the calcium and magnesium removed and replaced with sodium. For most of us this will make no difference. However it is good practice to install a separate, hard-water drinking tap when installing a water softener. **Q: Is it guaranteed the brand I receive will be Kinetico and not a different brand?** A: We have placed an order twice for kinetico block salt and that is what we received on both occasions. **Q: Can I use these in a Monarch Softener** A: If it takes this size blocks they can be used in any softener. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pure salt at a fair price *by J***G on 19 April 2026* Excellent product at a fair price. I always buy these salt blocks, no additives. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quick delivery *by T***L on 17 May 2026* Good quality salt delivered quickly and intact ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very pleaded with order *by M***G on 26 September 2022* I was updated by Amazon at each stage of order until it was shipped. Seller then took over and continued to advise delivery process. Seller conformed delivery date and this was regularly updated. Day before and on day of delivery a 2 hour slot was notified however had am appointment abd I had indicated online to leave order in a safe place outside. When I got home there were 2 cardboard boxes side placed side by side and out of sight. Yes boxes were heavy buy i opened and took our each bag of salts separately. The salts are nicely packed 2 to a bag and each bag has a strong carrying handle. I was able to carry 2 bags at a time inside garage for storage. My softener machine was nearly empty so I opened one bag and loaded machine. Blocks were in perfect condition not broken or crumbling etc as others have mentioned in reviews. I did examined the other bags and the blocks felt intacted. I have used this brand this for many years brought from my local dealer but they now only stock a more extensive brand. I am happy with my purchase and delivery and I will certainly order from this seller again especially if his price remains competitive ## Frequently Bought Together - KINETICO Block Salt - 6 bags of 2 blocks of salt each (12 blocks) - Amazon Basics Multi-Purpose Copy Printer Paper, A4 80 GSM, 2500 Count (Pack of 5), White --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sk/products/51063246-block-salt-6-bags-with-12-blocks-total](https://www.desertcart.sk/products/51063246-block-salt-6-bags-with-12-blocks-total) --- *Product available on Desertcart Slovakia* *Store origin: SK* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
