Hi, can these boots be used with the hook at the back of the leg ?

I don’t see why not although it may be tricky to hook your legs backwards to a pole

How do you get your feet up there in the first place?

Well you need a strong secure bar to hang off at a suitable height. Then you attach the boots to your ankles, stand on a stool so you can reach the bar, grab it with both hands and using your abdominal muscles you swing your feet up and hook the boots over the bar. If you’re not strong enough you may need someone to help you with that. I’d have someone with you at first until you get used to it. Have fun.

Hi, will the hooks on the anti gravity boots hold off a scaffold tube?

No I think scaffold tube would be too thick.

I have found all the gravity boots so far are large fitting - are these small?

I have an 11 size foot and I'd say a big leg and it fits right. The only problem is that it causes pain in my unkle when I'm upside down.
