The Pampered Chef Microplane Adjustable Grater 1105

Quite possibly the best micro-planer out there. I stayed with my Mom and made a lemon meringue pie with her recently and when the recipe called for lemon zest, she busted out some sad excuse for a grater...Having bought this one years ago, I forgot how the common person still suffered from poorly designed products, I had become spoiled! I used my Amazon app right there in the kitchen and got this one shipped to her. I'm not sure if she's used it yet but I'm standing by for a "Mind Blown" text from her! This model has a piece to secure smaller items like a chunk of ginger or whole nutmeg, it really leaves nothing to be desired. Folds up to fit in my drawer beautifully. I've had mine for 15 years and it's still sharp.

Absolutely love it. Pampered chef had a great idea when designing the handle. It makes for easy use and put away, with its push button slide. I folds out and in you can fit it in a cupboard or drawer. Cleans up easy too. The cheese holder keeps our fingers safe so we can use all of what we need instead of having a chunk left over.I highly recommend it. Grab the larger grater too.

This product works so well and effortlessly. Grate cheese in no time. Everybody likes to grate their own cheese and their own amount onto pasta and other foods. This is my second microplane grater from Pampered Chef. They will actually last longer if you do Not leave it on the stove to melt!
