I ordered this with the intent of making a classic white satin V-neck cami top, though I changed my mind and made a cowl neckline instead as I had enough fabric for that. Because of the fabric being wide enough, I was able to use the entire length of this piece to create my top and make it reach down to my hip--long enough to never have an issue with it coming untucked, and also provide an extra layer of protection against underwear show-through when wearing white pants.The fabric is cut accurately and pretty close to perpendicular to the grain. It's a lightweight satin that's very drapey, best suited for applications like delicate classic tops or lingerie, though it will also work for decorations if you don't need them to have any stiffness or are willing to fuss with interfacing. Like all satins, it's somewhat prone to raveling at the edges and should be French seamed where possible for lingerie, or made with a facing at the neck and arm opening to stabilize the edges if you're sewing an article of clothing.

This is a lovely piece of fabric that’s well suited for my purposes. I plan to use it to make decorative jar toppers for holiday food gifts. I know, I know ... that's not as exciting as using it for a wedding dress or elegant evening shawl, but don't judge.SIZE: My piece was accurately cut, measuring a full 36 inches by 60 inches. There doesn’t seem to be any fraying or other issues along the cut sides.FABRIC: The fabric is satiny smooth to the touch on both sides. On top it’s shiny – a bit glossy – while the underside is somewhat less shiny, with a bit more of a matte look to the finish.COLOR: I’d hoped the shade of red would turn out to be a bright, "Christmassy" vivid true red. In reality, the color is almost exactly as depicted in the online product photos – a shade that’s probably best described as "candy apple" red. This isn’t a deal breaker for me at all. If anything, it’s nice to know the photos provide a good depiction of the product that you’ll receive.

This is such a lovely white satin color. I needed it to make a craft with it and the color is just beautiful The material is very soft and clearly made with quality. I highly recommend this fabric. I am very skeptical when ordering fabric online but this truly did not disappoint. Very glad I came across this fabric.

I bought this for my mom to make a slip for my baby granddaughter. My mom has been sewing her entire life. Made the fancy, frilly bassinets ext. Back in the day. She said this was to hard to work with. Ended up having to use something else

Material looks nice but has a slight rougher feel than i was expecting. I would definitely lean towards the 57-58 inches than 60; the edges have sewn edges and are really rough. However, the actual length and width were exact. I would recommend as long as you’re aware of the sizing.
