It is one of the best tools I’ve tried as I aim to get my knees (and IT Bands) in order. The weight, shape, and smooth but effective edges are perfect. No lotion needed. I have a lot of fascial adhesions, particularly in my quads, forearms, hands, neck . . . well, really everywhere! I love this tool - it's just got a great feel to it and I like the way I can feel the adhesions while scraping the tool over the area (in a good way!). I recently fractured by elbow and it's been great to work this area, too. It is great for increasing blood flow and mobility and releasing myofascial restrictions. You will love it!
