I bought it awhile ago. When I bought it, it was sold as a 3-pack (3 16 oz bottles)

Does it work with hard water? my water is so hard you could break rocks on it.

It seems to. I have hard water and havent noticed any issues with the blueing.

I can't fill my machine up before the cycle. I have to put clothes in, and soap & bleach in dispenser. Can I use this?

Add it to the bleach dispenser. Most other users found this to be the best solution.

It removes yellowing from chlorine bleach. Probably will do what you want it to. Falls into category of "couldn't hurt".
