The best you can find, It has helped with thinning my blood and I have no knee pain, seriously. Been taking for 12 months. Not cheap but it's one of the few suppliments that's solid gold. Took about a month and then I noticed massive improvement. Give it a go.

These are the best quality cod liver oil capsules that I’ve used so far. I previously used H&B cod liver oil & even the smell is different. I don’t know how to describe it.. the quality of these is definitely better
